Returns Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of receipt of shipment, provided they are in original condition: unused, unassembled, and in original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

Please Note: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:
  • Chainsaws and accessories (due to safety considerations)
  • Cleaning supplies and treatments (hygiene reasons)
  • Opened cables and cable management products
  • Electrical appliances that have been used
  • Any product that shows signs of use, wear, or damage not present at time of shipment

Return Process

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning your item.
  3. Package and Ship: Securely package the item(s) in original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship to Address: Send your return to:

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item (typically within 5 business days of receipt):

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card or PayPal account
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship the replacement item once the return is processed

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage or defect. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label for returns of defective products.
