Returns Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of receipt of shipment, provided they are in original condition: unused, unassembled, and in original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
- Chainsaws and accessories (due to safety considerations)
- Cleaning supplies and treatments (hygiene reasons)
- Opened cables and cable management products
- Electrical appliances that have been used
- Any product that shows signs of use, wear, or damage not present at time of shipment
Return Process
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- Receive Authorization: We’ll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning your item.
- Package and Ship: Securely package the item(s) in original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item (typically within 5 business days of receipt):
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card or PayPal account
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- For exchanges, we’ll ship the replacement item once the return is processed
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage or defect. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label for returns of defective products.
