Shipping Information

We strive to dispatch your order promptly and offer global shipping to get your professional-grade tools to you as fast as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our warehouse in Dundee. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two reliable shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
    • Ideal when you need your tools promptly.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS.
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
    • A cost-effective solution for larger orders.

Please Note: Shipping times are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our control, such as customs processing. We do not currently ship to parts of Asia and some remote regions.

Straightforward Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in original condition: unused, unassembled, and in the original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation included.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

For the safety and protection of all our customers, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty:

  • Chainsaws and accessories (due to critical safety considerations)
  • Cleaning supplies and treatments (for hygiene reasons)
  • Opened cables and cable management products
  • Electrical appliances that have been used
  • Any product that shows signs of use, wear, or damage not present at the time of shipment.

The Return Process: A Step-by-Step Guide

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return. Using the template below will help us assist you faster.
  2. Receive Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for sending your item back. Returns without an RMA number cannot be processed.
  3. Package and Ship: Securely package the item(s) in its original packaging with all included parts. Write the provided RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.
  4. Ship to Address: Send your return to the following address:

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong item) or the product is defective. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee we will receive un-tracked parcels.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item (typically within 5 business days of receipt):

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card or PayPal statement.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item as soon as the return is processed and approved.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Include your order number and photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the defective product to us.
